Experience the maltini AT DISTRACTION BREWING COMPANY:
The Maltini is our unique malt-based cocktail that provides our guests with a unique drinking experience: guests that may prefer a cocktail over a beer can relax easy by enjoying one of our signature Maltinis. Our Maltinis go down smooth and have a flavor profile that exactly mimics a cocktail.
The main idea is for our patrons that are in the mood for a cocktail can also be happy at our brewery. It took us two years to figure this out as we wanted to not only have this option but you got an excellent beverage to enjoy. Now, our local Distractors come into our brewery just for our Maltinis. The Maltini has been a mainstay and significant attraction for those who normally didn’t go to breweries as well as our devoted craft beer drinkers.
Everyday, we’re always asking for help from our community, to our local Distractors as well as new guests, to keep the Maltini experience constantly improving and a cornerstone of your enjoyment at Distraction Brewing Company.

Distraction Brewing Maltini FAQs
Q. What is Maltini? What do you mean by malt-based cocktail?
A. A Maltini is a malt beverage. We used beer brewing ingredients and brewing processes to create a very high ABV beverage. We then use craft mixology to flavor as though it is a cocktail. You will be amazed that there are no distilled spirits in a Maltini.
Q. What is the ABV for the standard Maltini? Is it around the same as an actual cocktail and how large are Maltinis?
A. Our Maltinis are 14% ABV. This is actually close to a regular cocktail or glass of wine and less than a standard martini. We also pour this in 6 oz servings which is less than half of a pour of beer.
Q. Can I just get Maltinis in the Roslindale Taproom? Can I ever get Maltinis to go?
A. Our Maltinis are available to go via growlers and occasionally cans
Q. Is this the only location in Roslindale, or even Boston, where I can enjoy a Maltini?
A.Maltinis are available in our Roslindale, MA taproom or our Citi Hall Plaza beer garden, as well as select restaurants.
Q. Are the Maltinis gluten-reduced or gluten-free? What is the difference?
A. We use a small amount of gluten ingredients in the recipe, we also grind our own grain in the same location, so it is impossible to be 100% gluten free. But our process for brewing and preparing the Maltini removes the gluten. (If you can have gluten reduced beer, you can have a Maltini)
