STEP 1

**Visit our taproom at 2 Belgrade Ave in Roslindale. All growler refills are completed by our staff during normal taproom hours.**

STEP 2

Choose any of our on-tap beers and maltinis to refill in your Distraction-branded growler. We only accept these growlers, but the bonus is that you can fill any of our seasonal, taproom-only brews and maltinis and take them to go!

Step 3 (and the most important.)

Q. How do growler refills work at Distraction Brewing Company? Do I need a specific growler type?

A. Distraction Brewing Company does $17 beer refills and $22 Maltini refills for anyone who has the following growler types: a branded Distraction Brewing Company growler or an unbranded 32oz growler. We do accept 64oz unbranded growlers that will have an extra charge compared to our normal refills. However, we do not accept growlers that are broken, unclean, or branded by a different brewery or distillery.

Q. What types of beer can I get refilled as a growler at Distraction Brewing Company? What is a Maltini? Can I get that refilled?

A. At Distraction Brewing Company, you can get any of our beers on tap refilled in a growler, even if it is a seasonal, limited release! In fact, a unique advantage for beer lovers visiting our taproom is that they can get our limited, uncanned draft releases and bring it to the comfort of their home via growler. If there is a limited release in our taproom, just get it in a growler to go.

Q. Does Distraction Brewing Company have any other growler refill locations? Is it only the taproom?

A.Right now, patrons and guests can only refill their growler at our 2 Belgrade Ave taproom location in Roslindale, MA. In the event that we have another location we will update accordingly on social media, this website, and through other channels as soon as we know.

Q. Are you a convenient location to where I am? What part of Boston are you guys in if I’m looking to fill my beer growler?

A.Distraction Brewing Company is right in the heart of Roslindale Square (2 Belgrade Ave), which means that we are located quite close to many local Boston suburbs and neighborhoods. We are just a stone’s throw from Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury, Brookline, and Hyde Park. Swing by for a fresh growler during our taproom hours!

Q. I have an old growler from when you guys opened? Can I use that? Why did you bring the growler service back?

A. Anyone with an old, undamaged, and clean Distraction-branded growler can refill it at our taproom! We want to make our local taproom your neighborhood beer stop and give our guests the best possible experience. Our growler club allows gives our valued community members more ways to enjoy our beer and “get distracted with us” as we experiment with new flavors, seasonal releases, and other cool events.
